Aerial footage created for Bella Largo.

HOVER OVER VIDEO TO ENABLE SOUND

Set against a quiet winter landscape, this aerial video captures Bella Largo, an upscale assisted living community scheduled to open this spring. Shot under snow cover, the footage emphasizes clean lines, symmetry, and architectural presence—using winter’s contrast to highlight form, scale, and setting.

At the heart of the design is Bella Largo’s signature lighthouse structure, rising from the main lobby and entrance as both a visual anchor and symbolic centerpiece. The lighthouse reflects the building’s nautical theme, which carries throughout the interior design and is inspired by the owner’s personal maritime collection gathered over more than 40 years.

Nestled beside a small lake and positioned between Highway 39 and the Indiana Toll Road, the site balances accessibility with a sense of retreat. Aerial perspectives were used to establish this relationship—showing how the building sits within its environment while maintaining a calm, composed presence despite nearby infrastructure.

The result is a winter shoot that focuses on architecture, story, and place—capturing Bella Largo not just as a facility, but as a thoughtfully designed living space with character, intention, and identity.
