All services are performed by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot using professional-grade aerial and ground imaging equipment.

Deer Recovery (Thermal Drone)
$300 Recovery Search
Includes up to 2 hours on site
Additional search time, when warranted and approved: $75/hr
$100 Successful Recovery Fee
Applies when the wounded deer is positively located, deceased or alive, and its location is communicated to the customer. Physical retrieval is not required.
No Recovery Outcome
If the deer cannot be positively located, the $100 successful recovery fee is waived. The $300 search fee remains applicable regardless of the outcome.
Includes up to 80 round-trip driving miles from Rolling Prairie. Additional travel is $1.50 per mile beyond the included mileage.
Deer Herd Census (Thermal Analysis)

Property Snapshot (Up to 100 acres) $400 One flight, observation summary, selected thermal images, approximate composition
Basic Census (Up to 100 acres) $500 One flight, executive-summary report, population estimate, ratios, mature-buck page and annotated observation map
Management Package (100 to 500 acres) $1,800 - 2 Flights - Full Analysis**
Large Tracts (500–1,500 acres) Starting at $4 per acre, based on parcel configuration, habitat complexity, flight-access requirements and final deliverables - 2 Flights - Full Analysis**
Platinum Package - 3 season analysis - up to six flights:
Pre-season (Aug-Sep) What bucks are on my property? What is the deer density and fawn recruitment numbers (fawns that survive into the fall season)?
Post-season (Jan-Feb) What bucks made it through the season?
Fawning season (June-July) Identify buck bachelor groups and fawn-to-doe ratio.
Up to 500 acres: $5,500
501–750 acres: starting at $10/acre
751–1,000 acres: starting at $9/acre
